Client Testimonials and Reviews
If you've landed on this page anticipating an array of glowing reviews regarding my clinical and forensic services, you won't find them here. I firmly believe that a forensic and clinical experts should refrain from engaging in self-promotion of that nature, and for good reasons. While I receive appreciative notes from clients and positive feedback from family law professionals, showcasing testimonials could inadvertently introduce bias or misinterpretation. Such bias could be seen if positive comments appear to favor one gender or a particular attorney.
Moreover, sharing positive testimonials anonymously might lack credibility, and the potential for misuse or misrepresentation is significant. I place my faith in the merits of my forensic and clinical work, standing independently and on its own integrity.
I'll admit, it's tempting to counter negative remarks that sometimes surface on the internet, particularly when they seem unjust. In the realm of high-conflict cases, where emotions often run deep due to divorce and custody disputes, custody or parenting plan evaluators can become inadvertent targets. Unfortunately, the internet has become a platform for less-than-courteous discourse, and anonymous negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt.
In the legal and ethical context, it's important to emphasize that both HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations and court orders strictly disallow professionals in my position from even acknowledging that I've even served a client. This underscores the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
In the absence of formal reviews, I extend this offer: If you're a former client with concerns, please reach out. We've already spent substantial time together, and I'm more than willing to address any worries you might have. For potential clients who may have come across negative information about me or my practice, I invite you to call. While specifics about your case would be discussed when we formally engage, I'm more than happy to address general concerns upfront. Transparency and openness define my practice, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns.
